Shipping

excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number and will be
able to see a movement on your shipment. Shipping price will be
calculated at checkout and based on method you prefer (Express,
Priority etc.) your zip code and item weight. This price will be
provided by a shipping currier.
Returns/Exchanges
ModaSpark.com is offers a 14-day money back guarantee on all
products. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, we simply contact our representative within 14 days from
the delivery date. You will be provided with RMA number and all the
instructions. Packages received without RMA number will be
delayed or returned to sender.
All items must be unused
and in original condition with all tags affixed, original
packaging, and accessories.
A 10% restocking fee will be
applied to all returns and does NOT APPLY TO
EXCHANGES. Refund will be processed within 48 hours upon
receiving merchandise. Shipping fees are non refundable.
